Remembering Teresa
The
Lancette Memorial Ride is the vision of the friends and family of avid cyclist
Teresa Wilson Beiser who tragically lost her life in 2009 when her estranged
husband went on a shooting rampage at her place of work. The incident, which
made national news, also shut down the city of Tualatin, schools and Meridian
Park Hospital for a number of hours.
In an effort to bring something positive to this tragic situation, these friends decided to create this ride and partner with Clackamas
Women's Services.
