New Happening

One common element in all success stories is a burning desire to succeed. What really counts is your frame of mind. Age, location, ethnic origin, gender, or any other individuality have absolutely no part in your attitude to become what you desire. Check out this week's article on Striking the right Attitude.

Hot Fitness Tip of the week

Push yourself, when training. While you don’t want to workout too much, make sure you cannot do one more repetition in a set because you are too exhausted. You want it to burn (this feeling is lactic acid stimulating muscle growth) and make the next set harder to do. With burn comes resistance, and with resistance comes stronger muscles and a more toned look.

Look Out For Opportunities

The best opportunities are often hidden. They are often located in places we least expect to find them and are presented by people we least expect to provide them.

Be on the lookout for ideas that could lead to new opportunities. Even more important than eyes and ears, keep your mind open. Many of us miss opportunities, because they don't fit into our pre-existing paradigms.

As the old saying goes, "nothing risked, nothing gained." Unless you take a chance and do something new, you'll keep running into the same old opportunities.

Striking the Right Attitude

If you take a look at any success story and grasp the one element of similarity between them, you'll notice that virtually every self-made, successful person has this one super-important object of success in their mind- a burning desire to succeed. What counts is your frame of mind. Age, location, ethnic origin, gender, or any other individuality have absolutely no part in your attitude to become what you desire.

This is where you start.

Take Some Positive Steps:

Look in the mirror and pick out your best feature. If it's your eyes, then keep those eyes in the back of your mind when someone criticizes your calves or points out your pimples or braces.
