I have been a stay at home mom for like 15+ years, started back to school a few years ago, been married 20 years this year and have been on weightloss plateaus ever since before I got pregnant with my first child but even more so over the last several years, to the point of what I consider obesity.

I know that the only way for me to lose weight will be to exercise AND do weight routines and follow one of those meal plans where you eat at least every 3 hours. It worked for me in the recent past (less than a year ago) but I can't seem to get back on track again and would really like to get to an at least comfortable but happy weight of I dunno, maybe 135 or less if possible.
