Short Description about

Too serious of an individual, hectic life and work
hours. Am married w/kids and need to learn to enjoy
life more, and make new friends whom enjoy working out
at the gym or jogging around subdivision early
Saturday mornings by no later then 6am. I workout
Mon-Fri. I usually skip 1 day out of the week and
follow it up on Saturday, either by a 3-6mile run plus
some weightlifting...I have lost an average of about
100lbs in the last 7 years and would like to keep my
fitness level going, but at the same time welcome a
challenge... |
