It won't be long before doctors prescribe steamy sex and caring
communication along with healthy diets and rest.
Researchers at the Monash University in Australia found that women who were
sexually dissatisfied had lower well-being and vitality; and these women
were not always those having less sex.
"It shows the importance of addressing these areas as a part of women's
health care," says study author Dr Sonia Davison. Another study found that
women in good marriages have lower heart risk than those in high-stress
relationships.
Sexual satisfaction indicates well-being and vitality.
