Nicole Moneer: Exceptionally Talented and Highly Accomplished IFBB Bikini Pro and Fitness Model Reveals her Workout, Diet and Beauty Secrets

Nicole took matters into her own hands to change her life. After being chronically ill and on Rx and OTC drugs for over 20 years, she was sick and tired of being sick. With proper consistent nutrition, workouts and supplements Nicole improved the quality of her life. From personal training, to an IFBB Bikini Pro, to being an internationally published fitness model and writer, a sponsored athlete for industry giant bodybuilding.com and to getting hired for the 1994-1995 Chicago Bulls Cheerleaders, The Luvabulls, during the iconic Michael Jordan days, Nicole is more than accomplished.

Nicole Moneer is an Author, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 1, NASM CPT, Pilates Reformer and Mat Certified, TEAM Bodybuilding.com, Retired IFBB Bikini Pro & Olympian, 2009 Ms. Bikini Universe Classic and Internationally Published Fitness Model.

She has the mind, soul and spirit to heal and change lives for the better just as she has changed hers. Nicole's drive, passion and determination propels her to new heights each and every day. As a first-time mom at age 41, there is nothing Nicole cannot do.

For over 20 years she suffered from chronic allergies, asthma, reoccurring sinus infections, adrenal issues, digestive disorders and chronic fatigue just to name a few. Her father, who died in 1996, was a conventional doctor of Hematology and Oncology and my mother a nurse. Growing up she was fed a plethora of prescription drugs and allergy shots anytime she was sick. Her father gave me a container of prescription drugs when she went off to college, so she took pills whenever she got sick. As she was getting older, she kept getting sicker and sicker, until finally she was sick of being sick.

She stumbled upon an Integrative Chiropractor at the age of 33, under his supervision she was on various detoxes, meal plans and supplements (over 30 total at the time) for well over 7 months straight. It's been a decade now since she was on Rx or OTC (not even the contraceptive pill). Today, she take about 6-7 supplements daily, she eat organic, antibiotic, hormone-free, grass-fed, wild and even raw foods. Her health has never been better. As a Chek Holistic Lifestyle Coach, she works with both male and female clients on nutritional planning and stress management, no matter what their goal.

One of the first things clients notice after working with her is that their energy levels improve, they have less bloat and many of their chronic symptoms or conditions are reduced or completely gone. Our bodies are made to live off the land and sea...they are not made to break down chemicals and the ingredients you see in processed man-made foods.

When people are ready to change they will. Changing your lifestyle and the foods you eat daily, is one of the hardest things to do but she can attest that in the end it is worth it. If you are ready to transform your lifestyle and put in a lot of consistent hard work, are sick of being sick and want to look and feel your best than she can coach you in your
journey to better health.
