Rotary Upper Back
Muscles Worked: Muscles of the upper
back and some rear shoulder
Adjust the seat, the chest support, and the handles, so
that you can have a full range of motion and the weight
stack will not touch down when you return to the start
Sit down on the seat to this machine. Grab the handles
and raise the elbows high.
Lead with the elbows and pull the handles back as far as
you can. Then return to the start position.
Exhale as you pull and inhale as you return to start
