Ingredients

  • 9.6 ounces Vegetables mixed

  • 2.4 fluid ounces Mozzarella Cheese

  • 0.15 cup Italian dressing.

  • 1-13/16 slices Salami Hard.

  • 1-13/16 slices Salami Genoa.

  • 1-13/16 slices Pepperoni.

  • 3 pieces Lettuce, 1 leaf

Directions

  • Cook vegetables according to package directions. Drain; rinse under cold water.

  • In a large bowl, toss together vegetables, cheese, and salad dressing.

  • Roll up each meat slice. Spoon vegetable mixture onto lettuce-lined platter. Arrange meat around vegetables. Serves 8 to 10.
