Instructions:
-
In a double boiler
mix together gelatine, strawberry crush, sugar
and 100 ml of water.

Heat slowly and
keep stirring till the mixture is free flowing
and devoid of any lumps.

Strain and keep
aside to cool.
-
Peel, deseed and
cube all the fruits.
-
Fold the cut
fruits in the gelatine and set in a loaf mould.
-
Chill in
refrigerator, dem-ould, and use as required.
