Boil 1 cup water. Remove from fire. Add jelly crystals and stir well to mix the crystals.
Add 1.5 cups water. Mix well. Cool.

Pour 1/3 of the liquid jelly in a wet ring mould (a jelly mould with a hole in the
centre).
Keep in the freezer for about 1/2 hour till set.

Spread fruits on the set jelly. Pour the left over liquid jelly on it. Freeze.

Prepare custard by boiling 1 cup milk with sugar. Reduce flame and add the custard paste, stirring continuously. Stir on low flame for 5 minutes till very thick. Chill the custard. Beat to make it smooth & creamy.

Run a knife around the set jelly. Invert it on a flat serving plate. Fill with custard. Put some grapes on the custard. Keep in freezer till serving time.
