Great corn vadas - if
the corn is very tender and watery, mix with a little flour to bind

Oil for deep frying
Directions

REMOVE the corn from the cobs, and
roughly grind it.

Mix the corn with the green chillies,
coriander leaves and cumin.

Add salt to taste.

Heat the oil in a deep pan.

Make small balls of the corn
mixture, flatten slightly and deep fry.

Serve hot.
