Ingredients

100gms
fresh button mushrooms (chopped)

20gms onions (finely chopped)

5gms garlic (finely chopped)

5gms butter

10ml white wine
-
200ml vegetable stock

Salt and pepper to taste
For Garnishing
- 10gms whipped cream
- 2gms powdered nutmeg
Directions

In a nonstick pan, melt butter and saute the onions, garlic, and mushroom
till brown.

Stir in the white wine, add stock and simmer for 5 minutes.

Allow to cool then puree the mixture in a blender.

Season with salt and pepper and return the soup to the stove. Simmer for a
few minutes

Serve hot garnished with whipped cream and nutmeg, and garlic bread.
