Nutritive Information: Per serving of 2 khakras

Instructions :

  • Wash all the leaves and chop them finely.

  • Combine with oil flour masalas and salt.

  • Add chummed curd and water make a soft dough.

  • Divide the dough into lemon - sized balls.

  • Shape them into croquettes (oval - shaped rolls) and place in a steamer. Cook till done.

  • Serve hot with chutney / curd.

Ingredients :

  • Whole meat flour 60gms

  • Bajra flour 20gms

  • Besan 20gms (Bengal gram flour)

  • Spinach 30gms

  • Methi leaves 30gms(fenugreek)

  •  Coriander 30gms

  •  Curd 60gms

  • Ginger 1 tbsp - chilli paste

  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil 1 tsp
