Ingredients

  • 60gms whole meat flour

  • 20gms bajra flour

  • 20gms besan (Bengal gram flour)

  • 30gms spinach

  • 30gms methi leaves (fenugreek)

  • 30gms coriander

  • 60gms curd

  • 1 tbsp ginger - chilli paste

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • Wash all the leaves and chop them finely.

  • Combine with oil flour masalas and salt.

  • Add chummed curd and water make a soft dough.

  • Divide the dough into lemon - sized balls.

  • Shape them into croquettes (oval - shaped rolls) and place in a steamer. Cook till done.

  • Serve hot with chutney / curd.
