Ingredients

60gms whole meat flour

20gms bajra flour
-
20gms besan (Bengal gram flour)

30gms spinach
-
30gms methi leaves (fenugreek)

30gms coriander
-
60gms curd
-
1 tbsp ginger - chilli paste

1 tsp turmeric powder
-
Salt to taste

1 tsp oil
Directions
-
Wash all the leaves and chop them finely.

Combine with oil flour masalas and salt.

Add chummed curd and water make a soft dough.

Divide the dough into lemon - sized balls.
-
Shape them into croquettes (oval - shaped rolls) and place in a steamer.
Cook till done.

Serve hot with chutney / curd.
