Instructions :

Put the lettuce,
tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, spring onions and olives into a
large bowl.

To make the dressing, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice,
then season with salt and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad. Toss gently until the ingredients
are lightly coated in the dressing, then serve immediately.
