Knee to Chest Stretch

  • Lower Back, Hamstring

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Lie on your back with your knees bent. Grasp your hands together and hold your shins.
  • Gently pull one knee toward your chest lifting your feet off the floor.
  • Once you feel a comfortable stretch in your lower back, hold this position for at least 15-30 seconds.
  • Repeat.
