Instructions :

Wash the blueberries and pick off any stems or
bruised berries and discard. In a blender or food processor, puree
the berries with the lemon juice until smooth.

In a large bowl, whisk together the two milks.
Add the cinnamon and the sugar and continue whisking until the sugar
has dissolved. Add the blueberry puree, stir to combine and
refirgerate until cold. Freeze according to instructions of
ice-cream machine. Serve immediately. Yield: About one quart.
