Instructions :   

  • Cut bread into 1-inch cubes. 

  • In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, egg-beaters, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in bread cubes and pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Place baking dish into a pan of water 1-inch deep. 

  • Bake at 350 degrees F. for 60 to 65 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

  • 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 3/8 teaspoon Salt

  • 15 slices Toast/White bread
