Instructions :

Hang the skimmed-milk curd in a muslin cloth overnight to drain
the whey.

In a bowl, combine the curd, grated capsicum and carrots. Mix
thoroughly. (For a non- vegetarian dip add the tuna to this
mixture).

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper.

Refrigerate.

To prevent the canap�s from turning soggy, fill them with the
chilled dip just before serving and garnish with fresh coriander.
