Nutritional Information:

Instructions :

  • Hang the skimmed-milk curd in a muslin cloth overnight to drain the whey.

  • In a bowl, combine the curd, grated capsicum and carrots. Mix thoroughly. (For a non- vegetarian dip add the tuna to this mixture).

  • Stir in the ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper.

  • Refrigerate.

  • To prevent the canap�s from turning soggy, fill them with the chilled dip just before serving and garnish with fresh coriander.

Ingredients :   

  • Skimmed milk curd-500 gms

  • Grated capsicum-150 gms

  • Grated carrots-150gms

  • Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp

  • Pepper powder-1/2 tsp

  • Canned tuna (optional) - 400 gms

  • Canapes (available at most grocery stores) - 30 pieces.
