Instructions :   

  • Heat oil in a nonstick kadhai. Add cumin seeds. when they crackle toss in the onions, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder.

  • Cook till onions turn light brown, then add the tomatoes. When the oil starts leaving the masala, add the blanched peas, corn and soaked guchhi. Cover and cook.

  • Add salt, and lemon juice and serve hot with lachedar rotis.

  • Small guchhi (soaked): 20gms

  • Green pees (blanched): 100gms

  • Corn kernels (soaked): 50gms

  • Onions (chopped): 30gms

  • Tomatoes (chopped): 30gms

  • Ginger-garlic paste: 10gms

  • Red chilli powder: 10gms

  • Cumin powder 5gms

  • Coriander powder: 10gms

  • Salt to taste

  • Cooking oil: 5ml

  • Cumin seeds 5gms

  • Wedge lemon: 1
