Instructions :

Heat
oil in a nonstick kadhai. Add cumin seeds. when they crackle
toss in the onions, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin
powder, coriander powder.

Cook
till onions turn light brown, then add the tomatoes. When the oil
starts leaving the masala, add the blanched peas, corn and soaked
guchhi. Cover and cook.

Add
salt, and lemon juice and serve hot with lachedar rotis.
