HAM STUFFED TOMATOES


Serves: 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 small Tomatoes cherry

  • 1-1/3 ounces Ham canned deviled

  • 0.6 Tablespoon Sour Cream

  • 0.6 Tablespoon Horseradish

  • 1/3 Tablespoon Parsley fresh

METHOD:

  • Thinly slice tops from tomatoes; remove pulp and drain shells upside down on paper towels.

  • In a small bowl, combine deviled ham, sour cream, and horseradish.

  • Spoon mixture into a pastry bag with medium rosette tube. Fill tomatoes with ham mixture. Refrigerate. Garnish with chopped parsley.
