Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 220�C/425�F/ Gas 7. Lightly oil a wide, shallow
ovenproof dish and add the plums.

Pour the milk, milk powder, sugar, vanilla, flour and egg whites
into a food processor. Process until smooth.

Pour the batter over the plums. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until
well risen and golden. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve
immediately.

200ml/ 7 fl oz/ skimmed milk

60ml/4 tbsp skimmed milk powder

15ml/1 tbsp light muscovado sugar

5ml/ 1 tsp vanilla essence

75g/ 3 oz self-raising flour

2 egg whites
-
Icing sugar, to sprinkle
