FRESH FRUIT KABAB WITH CARAMEL SAUCE


Makes: 2 Servings

Ingredients
Pineapple 30 gm
� Strawberry; 50 gm
� Apple: 30 gm
� Orange: 30 gm
� Papaya: 30 gm
� Green grapes: 30 gm
� Black grapes: 30 gm

� Star fruit: 50 gm

� Orange juice: 50 ml
� Lemon: 1
� Sugar: 20 gm:
� Rosemary sprigs: 4 Nos.

Directions:     

  • Cut star fruit into � cm slices.

  • Cut the rest of the fruits except grapes into �� cubes.

  • Soak them in orange juice and lemon juice for about 20 min.

  • Skewer the fruits with rosemary springs and grill for a few minutes, basting continuously with orange juice.

  • To make the caramel sauce, caramelize sugar in a saucepan and add enough water to make a sauce.  Add rosemary and keep aside.

  • Arrange the fruit kebabs in the plate.
