Ingredients:

Quick cooking rice- 30 gms,

Chicken or vegetable broth- 100 ml (or as needed
to cook the rice);

Mushroom-250 gms,
-
Onions-2 large+1;
-
Tomatoes and capsicum- 2
large nos. each;
-
Tomato ketchup-1 tbsp;
-
Worcestershire sauce-4 tsp;
-
Garlic -1
whole head;
-
Pepper-1 tsp;
-
Cherry- 1 for garnishing;

Oil-2 tsp,
-
Salt to taste.
Method
:

Chop garlic into tiny pieces. (Keep aside a little for the
rice.)

Dice tomatoes, capsicum and 2 onions.

Cut mushroom into halves.

Fry garlic in 1 tsp oil till brown.

Add tomatoes, onion, capsicum, ketchup, Worcestershire
sauce, pepper, mushrooms and salt to taste. Cook for 10 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl; set aside.

Slice remaining onion.

Heat the rest of the oil in a pan. Add garlic,
onions, pepper, saut� for a few minutes.

Add rice, saut� for 1 minute.

Add defatted chicken/vegetable broth,. Cook,
stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed and rice is nearly cooked.

Stir in the mushroom mixture. Heat through
-
Remove from fire and serve hot garnished with a cherry.
