Instructions :

Clean the mushrooms. Detach and finely
chop the stalks.

Place half cup breadcrumbs, the
chopped green chilli-ginger, crushed garlic, pepper, salt, spring
onion greens, grated cheese, butter and chopped mushroom stalks in a
bowl and mix well.

Place a little of the filling in a
mushroom cap, and cover with another mushroom. Fix with a toothpick.
Similarly prepare the rest of the mushrooms. Dip the mushrooms into
the egg and roll in the rest of the breadcrumbs.

Deep fry in hot oil till golden and
crisp. Remove carefully with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
