Instructions :   

  • Clean the rice. Cook well in the water.

  • Boil the milk and add to the rice.

  • Add jaggery and cook till payasam becomes thick.

  • Fry the cashewnuts and raisins in the ghee and add to the payasam.

  • Garnish with cardamom.  Chill and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g rice

  • 250 ml water

  • 500 ml milk

  • 100 g jaggery

  • 25 g cashew nuts

  • 25 g raisins

  • 15 g ghee

  •  6 cardamoms  powdered.
