Instructions :
-
SOAK the Bengal dal in
the buttermilk for half-an-hour.

Chop the green chillies,
coriander leaves and curry leaves very fine, and mix with the
buttermilk mixture.

Boil the buttermilk
mixture and add the rice flour, salt and grated coconut and cook for
five minutes.
-
Mix well. Remove from
heat, cool and knead well.
-
Divide into small,
equal-sized balls and roll out into puris. Deep fry till golden
brown.
