Nutritional Information:   

  • Calories 293 kcal;

Instructions :   

  • Heat oil in a frying pan.

  • Add garlic and onion; saut� for 3 minutes.  Add tomatoes and capsicum; saut� till tomatoes are cooked and capsicum is tender.

  • Add salt, pepper, ketchup, and rice. Heat through. Remove from fire.

  • Tomatoes-2 large (peeled and deseeded)

  • Onions- 2 large

  • Capsicum-2 large

  • Garlic-5 -6 cloves

  • Pepper-1/2 tsp

  • Oil- 1/2 tbsp

  • Tomato ketchup- 1 tbsp

  • Salt to taste.
