Instructions :

Shell
the shrimp. Peel and dice the tomato. In a large heavy skillet cook
the garlic and the tomatoes in 3 tablespoons of the oil over
moderate heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes, or until
the tomato sauce is thickened, and season the sauce with salt and
pepper.

In
another large heavy skillet heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil over
moderately high heat until it is hot but not smoking and in it saute
the shrimp, stirring, for 1 minute.

Add
the wine and deglaze the skillet, scraping up the brown bits. Add
the tomato sauce, Feta, and salt and pepper to taste, simmer the
mixture for 3 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and
sprinkle it with minced parsley.
