Instructions :
-
Scrape the surface remove the seeds and clean
and cut the parwal into 2-inch long cylinders.

Rub a little salt on the insides and keep aside.

Mix together boiled potato, green chillies,
garam masala power, coriander leaves, salt.

Stuff the snake gourd with this mixture and keep
aside.

Heat the mustard oil in a kadai or nonstick pan
and add the panch foran. When it crackles add chopped onion and
saut� for 5 minutes.

Add the stuffed parwal. Sprinkle little turmeric
and salt, if necessary, and cover.

Cook till the parwal is soft and tender.

Serve hot.
