Cut the onions, tomato, capsicum into chunks of 1" by
1" . Cut the broccoli into large florets. Cut carrot into
one-inch square pieces. Cut the mushrooms into halves.

Marinate all the vegetables and pineapple in
curd, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, wine, chilli and turmeric powders for two
hours.

Toss the vegetables and fruit in half a tbsp oil until
well coated and thread onto skewers. Grill till done, turning the skewers
often.

Serve with plain rice or pulao.
