I credit my popularity to many things. But I gained massively when other girls and shoutout pages helped me out as we were mutually advertising each other.

Introduce us to a day in your life.
Amira K:
I usually get up at around 9-10 AM (not a morning person). I have a light breakfast before a workout, then plan my day out in the morning. I like to get everything done early so I can relax in the afternoon or evening. Depending on the season, I like walking outdoor as a relaxation method when it’s warm enough. I like to watch a movie before bed.

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine that you may like to share?
Amira K:
I think the workout method that works for me the best is alternating HIIT and weight training.
