Share your fitness goals or resolutions for 2019?
I am getting knee surgery this year. It is thanks to a wonderful decade of adventures with heavy backpacks and highlining that I have no cartilage left in my right knee. So, my fitness goal is just to pass the experience peacefully, and to make a full recovery. I hope to be back on a line this year!
