My name is Simone and I am the creator of the Healthy Body Books. I have always had a passion for health! There has always been something inside me that knows that for me to be able to do everything I want to do, and be the person I want to be, that health would have to be a priority in my life.<\/p>\n
For a long time I made it through eating whatever I wanted to eat, and going about my day, however at that time I was very active, dancing a lot, doing exercise at least 5 times a week, but fun exercise, so I never really counted it…. until it stopped. Moving interstate really put a big change into my routine; however I kept eating the same. It took about 3 months before I really noticed that things had to change, I was no longer as fit and healthy as I was used to being. But with limited time, my usual exercise routine was not going to work. I had to find another way! And so the quest began.<\/p>\n
I searched long and hard, and tried many different things, diets, natural therapies, self help anything, and I have finally got things back under control and the way they are supposed to be for me.<\/p>\n
