She has worked as a wellness coach for a Fortune 100 company, a weight loss coach for a National Institute of Health-funded research study at Wake Forest University and as a personal trainer. She received her Master\u2019s in Health Science from Johns Hopkins University and completed her coaching training through IPEC coaching, an ICF accredited program.
