Instructions :   

  • Cut liver into serving pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper; mix well. Coat liver with flour mixture. 

  • In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon; drain on paper towel, reserving drippings. 

  • Slice onions; brown liver with onions in bacon drippings for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Serve topped with crisp bacon.

  • 3/16 teaspoon Pepper

  • 6 slices Bacon

  • 3 medium Onion
