Instructions :

Cut liver into serving pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper; mix
well. Coat liver with flour mixture.

In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon; drain on
paper towel, reserving drippings.

Slice onions; brown liver with onions in bacon drippings for 2 to 3
minutes on each side. Serve topped with crisp bacon.
