I had a great body before having a baby girl a year ago. I gain 50pounds during the pregnancy and I lost all of that gained weight during 9month. I'm now again 118pounds however my stomach is not the same as it used to be. it's not tight enough when I set my skin gets loose and a couple of layers. I didn't have time to exercise before. Please let me know if there is any way by dieting or exercising to tighten up our stomach area so I can seat and not have a couple of layers that shows that my stomach is not tight enough. Hi there I am 18 years old and weigh 190 pounds I have played all types of sports my whole life such as football soccer basketball and boxing I go to the gym at least 3 times a week but I can't seem to loose any more weight I run for 20 minutes then do some Abs work leg work and arm work.... Hey. I'm not over weight , in fact I'm quite slim, I sort of have a "2 patch" on the upper half of my stomach, however the bottom half curves , is there any exercises that will help tone the bottom of the stomach as sit ups have only affected the top.

I have always had a weight problem but began to eat right for the first time in my life after finding out I was pregnant. Only gained 17 lbs. But...carried the baby all out front and as a result have a large lap that hangs over to pubic area. I have lost 50 lbs but the lap pouch is still there. Can't we just surg. cut it off ? Hi I'm a 33 year old mother of 5 kids. my oldest 18, then 14, then 10, then 6 and recently 9 month old. i did well for my first two oldest before I got pregnant with the 1st one I weight 125lbs I went up to 171 pregnant with her lost it within 4 months, the second child the same. When I had the 3rd one from 125 I went up to 187lbs and stood 135lbs. with the 4th I gain so much weight I was 135lbs and went up to 201lbs I lost it and stood 140 lbs. then I got pregnant with the last child and I gained soooooo much I cried everyday. I went up to 235lbs from 140lbs. now my belly sags. my lower abs is horror-able nasty I hate looking at my self in the mirror my upper abs don't want to flatten for nothing please someone help tell me what can I do to lose this extra baggage...



Hi, I am 42 after a stressful 2 years running my own business and then spending 6 months in a office job sitting at a desk for 8 hrs and no breaks I am now 2 stone over weight, but the worse part is the stomach! now I have 3 part time jobs and I am on my feet most of the day, what exercises can I do on my feet while I am working? I walk to and from works also swim twice a week and walk the dog twice a day 20 minutes!! Ladies any suggestion very welcome. p.s. I am glad am not the only one who feels like this.



I just wanted to say that I too am going through the same trouble w/ the mommy pouch so to speak. I have a 3 mos. old son and lost all the weight but now have the loose skin on belly and I too am sickened by it. I just went out and got a home Gym, and no matter how rough it is I am going to try and hope it helps. I will let everyone out there going through the same issue if it does. Other then that all i can say is hang in there and remember that beauty comes from within.( that's what gets me through the whole looking in the mirror bit).



Hi, I am 29 years old and had a C-section 8 months back. I lost weight pretty well within 3 months post-delivery, and have been able to maintain it that way. At 5'5" I weight 60 kg, but there has been a lot of change in my tummy area. I had lost the flabby tummy initially, but i seemed to have gained it back again and my hips and waist look wide because of the size of my tummy. I am a rather small girl. I am 5'8 and weigh 118lbs. I am small frame. I have been this way since high school. I have an area in which I do not know how to correct on my body. I have small saddlebags and a few little dints on the tops of my legs right below my butt. I have no idea as to how to get rid of them. I'm 55, in pretty good shape, weight is 105, height 5'4". For such a tiny person I have unusually large breasts. I walk or ride my bike about 2 to 4 miles 4 to 5 times per week, and I use my total gym 20 - 30 minutes 3 times a week and recently (within the last month) have started to use 5 lbs free weights for my arms). I just cannot get rid of my slightly flabby underarms and the excess fat from my bust to under my armpits. (My kids call them chicken parts. Most of the flab or fat is located from my bust around and under my arms. Please help. I also eat pretty healthy, except for the occasionally pizza now and again. Hi, I have just gone through the menopause, the worst experience ever, I have been putting the weight on steadily especially around my stomach which depresses me greatly, the thing is I do not eat a load of junk and I walk thirty minutes to work in the morning and again in the evening, it just wont shift, I am starting weight watchers tonight maybe they can help, I want to be thin for my 50th birthday, anyone who says they are happy fat is lying, I am not used to it and its horrible I hate my body so much, I feel like it has let me down.

Hey guys I hear you loud and clear. I had a little boy 4 years ago, and I cant go naked in front of anyone including me it makes me so mad at myself. When I stand I have all this loose skin just dangling there, and when I sit its jus totally disgusting. My stomach just seems to hang from one hip bone to the other. When I lay down it seems to go away but when I look at my stomach I can still see some wrinkles guessing that's loose skin. My suggestion to all who want to tone up and lose weight is to hit free weights. Girls, do not be afraid to go where the guys are in the gym. I am one of the few women in my gym that work out in that area but the results are amazing. Not only will you become fit and strong but muscle burns more calories than fat. It will speed up your metabolism the rest of the day. Please do not set a weight goal for yourself. I am 5 ft 6, a size 0 and weight 127 lbs. If I were to drop 10 pounds I would look like death. I think women don't like to work out with weight because they feel like they will get to big and bulky. This is just not true. Genetically women cannot attain huge muscles without steroids. I have people come up to me almost on a daily basis asking what I do to look so fit. It was not always like that. I use to weight 227 lbs and wear a size 22!! So it is not like I haven't been on the other end of the spectrum. I have no loose skin and no cellulite. Work out with weights!!! It works.

I am 18 years old and very fit except that I have about 2" of flab around my lower abdomen. I eat a healthy diet and have cut down to one small dessert a day. I tried doing different kinds of crunches (200 total) every day for about a month. After that, I tried doing 45 min. cardio workouts daily for 3 weeks, but I only see improvement in my abs, not in my "love handles".
