Alexa Collins: Instagram Sensation Talks About her Workout, Diet, Beauty Secrets and Mantra to Instagram Success

Alexa Collins was born in Boca Raton, Florida USA. She is 25 years old and has been a social media influencer for seven years now. It is her full time job and passion. She travels around the world and meet a ton of amazing new people. At present her Instagram following is more than 1.5 million.

Namita Nayyar:

You were born in Boca Raton, Florida. At the age of 18 years, you started your social media accounts. This later propelled your career to the height where you have been at the top of the world as an Instagram Influencer with more than 1.5 million followers. Tell us more about your professional journey of exceptionally hard work, tenacity, and endurance?

Alexa Collins:

Starting off as an influencer, I truly had no idea what i’m getting myself into. I then started to realize that there is actually a huge opportunity in the industry and got in at the right time. It took me many years to build up this following on social media and I continue to strive to build it even more. I’ve always considered myself a hard worker and a go-getter!

Namita Nayyar:

You moved from the USA to different parts of the world for your professional career. For a model/social media influencer adjusting to new places with their own cultures it must be difficult and then to adjust with the modeling/social media influencer career in a new location, what advice can you give to fellow models in a similar situation?

Alexa Collins:

I’ve actually never moved out of the USA permanently for my career. I’ve traveled all over the world and have gotten to see so many amazing places outside the USA, but this is home base.

Namita Nayyar:

You are the leading social media influencer, Instagram Star, model, brand ambassador, and fashion icon. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Alexa Collins:

It’s definitely hard work and takes up a lot of my time. It’s been such a journey. I think that the traveling aspect of things has really allowed me to enjoy my job more. Being able to create content in all parts of the world makes my job a tad bit easier.

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Alexa Collins:

I’m all about the booty workouts. I love them and I feel so good afterwards.

Namita Nayyar:

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.

Alexa Collins:

I do a lot of different ab exercises. I love the basics though. Sit ups and the Russian Twist are my favoite!

Namita Nayyar:

Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Alexa Collins:

I try to eat really healthy during the week. I’m on a meal plan with a local company here in South Florida called Ideal Nutrition. I get a week’s supply of healthy, low-calorie meals that are easy to eat.

Thank you!
For my hair I use Olaplex Shampoo and Conditioner. I try not to wash my hair too often. I also use all of their leave-in treatments which have allowed my hair to grow long and thick.

Consistency is KEY! Keep yourself relevant and talk to your fans. Don’t ever make yourself “untouchable”.

You have done bold photo shoots on your Instagram handle @alexacollins. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?

Alexa Collins:

I’ve always been very body confident and feel that every woman should be confident in her own body. Stop caring about what others think because it will ruin you. Look in the mirror and love yourself!

Alexa Collins:

Consistency! Post every single day. Also make sure that your content is quality.
