Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up with exceptionally talented Chloe Veitch, she is a British model and actress to talk about her fitness routine, diet, skin care, hair care and her incredible success story.

Namita Nayyar:

You were born and grew up at Clacton-on-Sea in Essex and went to Clacton Coastal Academy School. Later you decided to pursue modeling. This later propelled your career to the height where you have been at the top of the world of modeling. Tell us more about your professional journey of exceptional hard work, tenacity, and endurance.

Chloe Veitch:

I was bullied excessively at school which I believe shaped me into the strong minded woman I am now. And it was by using modeling to distract me from the world, by doing something that I loved, by pushing me into open doors! By keeping a positive mindset, I was able to pursue my passions, thank God! I remained hopeful that my hard work would pay off one day as long as I kept a positive attitude and worked really hard and it’s truly getting me there.

I came from a town that was small where I didn’t really have any true hopes or dreams of any big. I don’t know why or how but I managed to just keep pushing myself! Running really helped my head space. I am a firm believer also in God, so his will will always be more powerful than mine, and I owe everything to Him.

Namita Nayyar:

You won the beauty pageant queen of Miss Supertalent 2018. Tell us more about this spectacular achievement of yours.

Chloe Veitch:

I was waking up every day at 4 or 5 am, traveling all around South Korea. It was the hardest work I’ve ever done and I felt like giving up many times. Walking in 6 inch heels all day every day for 4 weeks, I had swollen ankles and bags under my eyes! But I knew I was meant to be there, that everything happens for a reason, so I kept pushing! It was my first pageant and I had no idea what I was doing.

But I winged it and it worked! Hahaha My persistent work paid off in the end. I am purposely aware of being kind to everyone around me, regardless of so called “status” which sadly, sets me apart from the others who had grown up more fortunate. I am forever grateful! I can now say I have walked the biggest catwalk in Seoul, Korea. I also sang on Korean TV. My goal would be to one day, pursue my passion in singing/ performing.

Namita Nayyar:

You are the world-leading social media personality, model, actress, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Chloe Veitch:

I still bloody ask myself that question even now! People who come from where I do don’t achieve all of this. I’m baffled and blown away that it was me that got to break the mold! Every day, I took one small step forward towards my dreams and it felt like it was mapped out in front of me….like I knew this is how it was supposed to go. There were a few setbacks along the way with being told I couldn’t do it or certain agencies telling me I am not good enough to be on their books. I had old friends and managers pushing me down but my family kept pushing me forward.

Being on Netflix and becoming a part of the Netflix family has really helped me with my confidence and to reach for the stars! I am sober now and I work a 12 step program that has been my saving grace in all of my accomplishments. Without being at peace with myself I would never have had the strength to pursue my life’s dreams. It gives me all the faith and hope I need. Along with a little help from my mum – she helps me cook and clean… haha! After all, I am only 23.

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Chloe Veitch:

I walk a lot and stay as active as possible by having fun! You’d be amazed at how many calories you can burn dancing and singing in your room! haha.

Namita Nayyar:

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.

Chloe Veitch:

Honestly, it’s the consistency of using heavy weights and using core workouts in my everyday routine! I do sets of planks for 1-2 mins. I work on my side to-sides and Russian twists as well. It BURNS!! I also do sit-ups to help me tone which I like as it’s easy to do and you can do it at home. The key for me is simplicity.

Namita Nayyar:

Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Chloe Veitch:

It’s all about balance for me. I love sushi, chocolate, and fast food! I won’t deny myself any of that, so I try to keep it as strict as I possibly can by maintaining that balance. I keep count on what I eat during the week, and when I treat myself I just work out a little more to try to counter some of it. I eat quite healthy as well but never restrict myself to enjoying the amazing things in the foodie world! Going for a walk or a run makes me feel less guilty.

Namita Nayyar:

Five foods you love and five you keep to a minimum.

Chloe Veitch:

What I try to keep to a minimum is steak because it tends to bloat me, in and out fast food, and fried chicken. I suffer from IBS and it flares right after some of these types of food – it’s like an internal accountability trigger! I love chocolate and chips which makes it SO hard to keep to a minimum but i have to, because not only does it affect my health it makes me feel groggy.

Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.

Chloe Veitch:

I don’t use expensive products! I use a moisturizer by BOBBY BROWN – it’s a vitamin-enriched cream and it smells like lemon. It’s £50 but it lasts forever. I use it after I wash my face and it gives you that glow when you don’t want to wear makeup. So saves you money on makeup.

The only hair products I use to help are Coco and Eve hair masks. And I always use hair protectors before I put any heat on my hair. Normal basic ones from the store are good!

Namita Nayyar:

Five skincare myths.

In 2020 for the Netflix series “Too Hot to Handle” as a Contestant in Season 1, you were the joint winner. Tell us more about this achievement and participating in these television series.

Chloe Veitch:

Too Hot to handle paired me with Netflix which I now consider as a family and I am forever grateful to have appeared on the show. It had a massive, positive impact on my confidence, and I slowly but surely found myself as a strong woman. It was a platform that has helped me raise my self-awareness.

Namita Nayyar:

You took part in the reality television show The Circle (2021) Season 2 and were Runner-up & Fan Favorite. Elaborate on your experience of working in this show.

Chloe Veitch:

I loved filming the Circle, because people could actually see me for me, the real Chloe – she’s funny, goofy and I cried A LOT on the show! Haha It was an emotional experience and stressful as well, grateful as I was. I was super paranoid and being British, and felt I got in the way of the American banter that was going on. It was a challenge and I LOVE a challenge, just like in my fitness, I love the BURN and the euphoria that comes after! When you feel like it’s a challenge it’s exciting!

Namita Nayyar:

Your idea of a perfect date?

Chloe Veitch:

On top of a mountain/hill, overlooking a city at night with the stars out, sitting in the back of a boot (trunk for Americans!) with a blanket in case it gets cold. We have drinks and some food, watching Netflix on a laptop!!!! Cheap, cheerful, simple and meaningful 🙂 I feel like if you can do simple things and still keep conversation going on the date it’s a good and successful date.

Namita Nayyar:

What do you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and the message for its visitors?

Chloe Veitch:

No matter what’s going on in your life, fitness is a way to clear your mind. I work out when I’m angry, sad or happy – it’s my therapy. From my experience it is a massive benefit to my mental health. Women health shows me that women can be powerful and strong minded and strong willed. We can achieve what we want. When starting out, all you have to do is believe in yourself that you CAN stay consistent to PUSH yourself into becoming a stronger person. We’ve got this, girls!!

Namita Nayyar:

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding social media model girls, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of modeling?

Chloe Veitch:

When I first started modeling, I wish I had someone to show me the ways…..so the one bit of advice is don’t be scared to say yes to everything even if you aren’t earning income right away. I collabed (if you work for free they also do) with a lot of photographers to build my portfolio for agencies. When you apply to agencies be prepared for NO, that’s just part of the game so don’t take it too personally, but one day if you stay persistent, you WILL get a YES!!!!

Namita Nayyar:

You have an impressive Instagram following of 1.7 million followers. A message for your ardent admirers.

Chloe Veitch:

Be kind – that is your superpower & that’s what will separate you from everyone else.

Namita Nayyar:

Tell us about the future projects you are working on.

Chloe Veitch:

I have just filmed another Netflix show and I have exciting news dropping in May 2023 sometime 🙂 I am getting into scripted tv so you will see me on your screens hopefully very soon! I have a passion and a love for comedy, and I can see myself being Phoebe from friends in a scripted series. Let’s hope Netflix makes it happen.
