Your Stake on fad diets & supplements to achieve weight loss?  Your definition of a healthy body?

Courtney Hope:

I don’t believe in fad diets or supplements just because the bandwagon is doing it! Everybody is different, processes food different, needs different supplements and what is good for one may not be good for another! I always say, find what your allergic to and avoid it, learn what your defiant in vitamin wise and take those that your body individually needs, and then stick to non-processed foods! A healthy body one that is balanced and well-nourished with what is craves and desires on a chemical and nutritional level. The whole point is to feed our own body with what it needs to function throughout the day, so our mind and spirit can follow suit!

Namita Nayyar:
