Ms. Namita Nayyar: At a young age in college you participated in Miss Merseyside and then went to win Miss England on 17 July 2004 and later Miss Great Britain 2006 this propelled your modelling career to the height where you have been at the top of the world of glamour modelling. Tell us something about this professional journey?

Ms. Danielle Lloyd: I never really had the intentions of being famous of being a glamour model. I always just enjoyed doing the beauty competitions, they made me gain more confidence as that was something I massively lacked in .

It all just seemed to happen so quickly it’s been hard work long as my mum and dad spent a lot of time and money getting me through all the competitions but I think it was worth it. I love my job and being Miss England is something I can look back on and show my kids when they grow up.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are mother of three beautiful children, You had spectacular post pregnancy recovery and has a fit and stunning body. Share your post pregnancy fitness regime and advice to fellow models in a similar situation?

Ms. Danielle Lloyd: After I had my last child I was asked to compete in “Splash”. This really gave me the motivation to get into shape and the training helped too. I decided to get a personal trainer Jamie from Velocity and he is amazing, he really helped get me lean and into shape and I still train with him now up to 3 days a week. He put me on a sensible diet of high protein low carbs and I do stick to it most of the time but allow myself cheat days.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Ms. Danielle Lloyd: I am always very busy with work but part of my job is to look good so I think it’s important to take time to to go the gym and I want to be fit and healthy for my children and it shows them about healthy living also. I usually get the children to school, then go straight to the gym, getting it out the way nice and early you have to be determined and it’s hard some days as am exhausted but I actually love it and find it enjoyable.

With my trainer Jamie I do a lot of own body weight exercises and we work a lot on TRX.. I work mainly on core and legs squats, are the killer.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Ms. Danielle Lloyd: I take a sensible diet of high protein & low carbs and I do stick to it most of the time but allow myself cheat days.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?

Ms. Danielle Lloyd: I don’t take any supplements but I use products by Flint + Flint It’s a system that really works for my kids leaving it bright and younger looking!. My hair is done by Ceira lambert in Dublin she is amazing.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Advice and motivational words to our inspiring and budding fashion model girls who all are your fans shall like to know from you for their climb to ladder of success in field modelling?

Ms. Danielle Lloyd: I think becoming a model is very difficult and it is a very hard business but all I can say is don’t stop trying to follow your dreams You can make your own destiny with hard work and commitment.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have been on 26th February 2006 named Miss Great Britain 2006. How did you feel before and after this achievement of yours ?

Ms. Danielle Lloyd: Miss Great Britain was an amazing achievement for me I worked very hard to get there but I never expected it but in time ive become more and more confident! Afterwards I was excited by all the work but the media attention was very hard and something I hadn’t experienced.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have done bold photo shoots with FHM, Playboy, Maxim, Loaded, Nuts and Zoo. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?

Ms. Danielle Lloyd: Strangely enough I feel so much more confident with my body now then I ever have. I’ve always been curved but now I feel fit. It’s strange I was always shy but in front of the camera I was different it’s just my job.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You had three breasts augmentation implant surgeries. Kindly advise the women who wish to follow and tread the same path?

Ms. Danielle Lloyd: If I had chance to turn back time I wouldn’t had my breast done even though I am sure they have helped me in my career as a glamour model. I would have at least liked to wait till after I had children but I can’t go back once it’s done, so take it very seriously.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and message for its visitors?

Ms. Danielle Lloyd: Good luck to all the readers with their fitness and just remember hard work and dedication gets results. If I can do it after 3 babies then anyone can.
