Deniz Saypinar: IFBB Pro and Exceptionally Talented Bikini Competitor talk about her Fitness Routine, Diet, Beauty Secrets and Success Story

Deniz Saypinar is a Professional Active Bikini Competitor. She is a Personal and Life Coach. She has been doing Online and Personal Coaching for seven years professionally- certificated.

She also has her own personal sports product company and she sells DSPRO waist trainers. She also does competitor coaching. She started to compete seven years ago and has done more than twenty nine competitions including winning second place at Arnold Classic Ohio Amateur. She has won Olympia Amateur Europe and she also won 2nd place at World championship. She has done many competitions in Europe in many of them she was at top 2nd position. After Pro Card, she has completed nine times and in most of them she won second place. She has been training for eight years and has never worked with any coach or nutritionist, so that provided her the chance to improve her coaching and experimenting.

Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up Deniz Saypinar an exceptionally talented IFBB Pro Fitness Expert here she talks about her fitness routine, her diet, skin care, hair care and her success story.

Namita Nayyar:

You grew with a tough childhood but getting into sports made you turn towards positivity. You started practicing Muay Thai and later you started as a Professional Active Bikini Competitor and it led your career being propelled to a world-leading Bikini Competition achiever to the height where you have been at the top of the world of major thirty competitions that you have participated. Tell us more about this journey of hard work, tenacity, and endurance?

Deniz Saypinar:

Since I was born I have always believed that each person has a purpose in this life and we came along by knowing our purpose in the deepest layers of our consciousness. I have always felt my connection with my higher self and my inner calling. I was born as an artist and my drawings always make me think about my future and my path but I also know that I have to be stronger and save myself from my insecurities and become fearless. My faith in my destiny has led me to find true myself and at the first I knew that it was hard to be an artist in Turkey and my parents’ fight was putting me in a place that where I fell in fight with myself.

That inner fight reflected the real fight so I have started with MUAY THAI. I was talented enough but I found it far from being female and it helped me to define myself in a better way. As a person we have layers. To be able to define myself and create my true self and bikini fitness was best for me. Each time I have competed I felt more defined and more powerful. Each time I became a better version of myself and who would not like to become better and better and better? This support brings discipline, determination, and beauty, aesthetic and with the diet you reach higher consciously too. With these things you can become whatever you want in this life…

Namita Nayyar:

You are a world-leading Professional Active Bikini Competitor, IFBB Pro, Personal Coach, Life Coach, media personality, Instagram star, fitness model, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Deniz Saypinar:

Targeting daily goals and reaching them always makes you more confident and makes you better than yesterday. Multitasking is definitely my thing. Each check mark you put next to each daily accomplishment is such satisfaction… After all, it becomes like a drug and you become addicted to it. I love to be on camera and creating content. It just makes me so happy!

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Deniz Saypinar:

When this sport becomes your lifestyle after a few years you start to not to calculate the amount of nutrition’s and your workout routines occur by the moment you hit the gym. I train 2-3 times a week and rest of the week mostly cardio or full body with light weights.

Namita Nayyar:

Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Deniz Saypinar:

I can tell I’m very strict about my diet and I try to stay far from sugar as much as I can.

Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.

Deniz Saypinar:

Hair and skin health depends on your life routine. What you eat, how you sleep or how consistently you train is so important. I do use OUAI hair products and for my skin; I do use organic raw coconut oil after shower. I also do skin peeling / scrub weekly once or twice.

Namita Nayyar:

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding fashion model girls, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of modeling?

Deniz Saypinar:

All I can say is if they believe there is a star inside of them that wants to shine they need to let it shine. Modeling and being on camera is a passion and if they believe it is somewhere in there but they don’t feel ready they need to do everything that is going to make them feel ready! Best start for it starts with the selfie!

Namita Nayyar:

You have done bold photo shoots with Instagram and many others. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?

Deniz Saypinar:

When you work hard enough and do well enough, nothing can put you in a doubt about yourself. Which artist would hide their artwork if they believe their art? Also this is inspiration for people in a healthiest way. Imagine! Health and aesthetics together, who would not like to show this and inspire people to do the same? I have been training for ten years non-stop and building that kind of body is not easy but the process is fun and always makes you happy and healthy.

Namita Nayyar:

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.

Deniz Saypinar:

I don’t train abs often because if you apply any exercise properly you will be using your core actively. As long as you don’t want to grow your abdominal muscles it is enough to work on them while you are applying any exercise. Squat is one of them. Secret to a toned body is diet and good sleep.

Namita Nayyar:

Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep it to a minimum.

Deniz Saypinar:

Foods I like: Almonds, eggs, rice, organic brown rice cakes, and whole wheat pasta.

Foods I stay away: Patisserie, sugar, salt, spices and dairy.

Namita Nayyar:

Five skincare myths.

Deniz Saypinar:

Skin health for the face area mostly depends on hormones. Most important thing is cleaning and moisturizing consistently. I use Clarins products and I’m very happy with the brand.

Namita Nayyar:

Five athletic leisure brands you love to wear.

Deniz Saypinar:

I like Nike pro 3.0 shorts, firm abs tops , new balance shoes and I do like Zara sneakers for the gym very simple and I also like Ryder wear shorts.

Namita Nayyar:

Five travel destinations on your wish list.

Deniz Saypinar:

I want to go to France, Bali, Fiji, Italy, and Tulum.

Namita Nayyar:

Deniz Saypinar:

Perfect date should be the date that both people can bring their true self to the table and free themselves in a most real way!

Namita Nayyar:

You are six times Turkey Champion from 2013 to 2016; you are also First Non-American US National Champion 2021. Tell us more about these exceptional achievements?

Deniz Saypinar:

Becoming champion six times in my own country was enough to convince myself that I’m the best in my country and ready to go for the rest of the world. Since nobody could have ever done that, I have always believed that I can do it easy. Becoming the US champion as a Turkish woman by not being nationalist was such pride and it was a big reward after becoming 17 times at second place in the rest of the world.

Namita Nayyar:

You have been providing Online Coaching and Personal Coaching for the last many years being professionally certificated. Tell us more about your Meal & Workout program and Workout Only Program?

Deniz Saypinar:

I do have an online gym platform that we built with my team based on my unique workout style and meal plans according to their choices (vegan & vegetarian options). This online gym platform has more than 250 exercise videos that I made for my clients so they can apply exercises easily.

Namita Nayyar:

Today social media plays a vital role in putting your message across to your followers and fans. What is your message for the 1.1 million followers on Instagram?

Deniz Saypinar:

My advice to all people when you focus on your health everything fall into place in a perfect way and Never ever be afraid of asking more and chasing your dreams !
