1.   Roasted Garlic White Bean Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Peel garlic cloves and place them in a small baking dish.
  3. Pour olive oil over garlic cloves.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool.
  6. In a food processor or blender, combine roasted garlic cloves, white beans, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  7. Blend until smooth.
  8. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

2. Spicy Black Bean Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spread black beans on a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes, stirring a few times.
  3. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. In a food processor, combine roasted beans, jalapeno, tomato, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Serve with chips or use as a condiment.

3. Creamy Avocado Dip

  1. Start by adding plain greek yogurt to a bowl.
  2. Cut an avocado in half and remove the pit.
  3. Scoop out the avocado and add it to the bowl.
  4. Squeeze fresh lime juice into the bowl.
  5. Add garlic powder and mix everything together.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.

4. Hummus

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a food processor, combine the tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and baking soda.
  3. Process until smooth.
  4. Spread into a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

5. Cucumber Yogurt Dip

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and mint.

6. Beetroot Dip

  2. Toast black sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until they are fragrant and begin to pop.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. In a food processor, combine tahini, toasted sesame seeds, ginger, olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and cooled black sesame seeds.
  5. Peel and chop the beetroot into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Add to food processor and pulse until desired consistency is achieved.
  7. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

7. Pumpkin Seed Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Spread the pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Squeeze the lime juice over the seeds.
  4. Add garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
  5. Toss to coat.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring once or twice until the seeds are toasted.
  7. Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
