Ebba Moberg: Exceptionally Talented Model on the Horizon talks about her Workout and Diet

Ebba Moberg is an exceptionally talented Swedish model. She has done three shows for Milano Fashion Week: Dolce Gabbana, Fendi and Ermano Scervino. She is the model to watch out.

Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up with an exceptionally talented Ebba Moberg with Sweden Models Agency, here she talks about her workout and diet, beauty secrets, and life of a model.

Namita Nayyar:

A healthy morning ritual that you follow every single day?

Ebba Moberg:

The first thing I do in the morning is to eat breakfast. Which contains of two avocado toasts with tomato on, and a glass of tropical juice. After I have finished my breakfast I start school, which I currently do from home.

Namita Nayyar:

You are so young but have sparks of becoming a supermodel. At so early in your career, you did Dolce Gabbana and Ermanno Scervino show in MFW. Congratulations for the same. What motivated you to join the modeling industry?

Ebba Moberg:

What made me interested in modeling was the excitement of having a job that varies from day to day. And the opportunity to experience different parts of the world.

Namita Nayyar:

Share the best part of your job as a model?

Ebba Moberg:

Waking up in the morning not knowing what’s to come is one of the many benefits with this job. Not the less the community and friends that I have gained through modeling.

Namita Nayyar:

Which exercises is an integral part of your workout routine? Five must-do mornings stretches?

Ebba Moberg:

In the morning I priorities eating a steady breakfast that will last me until my next meal. Although later in the day I try to squeeze in a few stretches. The ones I use are: hamstring, figure four, 90/90, butterfly and frog stretch.

Introduce us to a day in your busy life? What’s like a day off routine?

Ebba Moberg:

Depending on the schedule the days varies. After breakfast I head out on castings. For the most part I have time to eat, but if I don’t I always bring a snack to get the energy up and carry on my day. I also make a visit to my agency.

A busy day I might have work in the evening as well, especially during MFW. On a free day I like to hang out with my friends, do some homework and workout. My free day often contains of a lot of homework.

Namita Nayyar:

Your meal before and after a workout? The secret to a slim torso.

Ebba Moberg:

I eat an apple before a workout and drink a ton of water during. After my workout I eat a proper meal to get my energy back.

Namita Nayyar:

Favourite Meal of the day according to you would be? What does it contain?

Ebba Moberg:

One of my favourite meals is salmon, oven baked potato with a feta sauce and salad. As a beverage I drink sparkling water.

Top three healthy snack options? One diet secret you would like to share?

Ebba Moberg:

I don’t have a specific diet but I recommend everyone to eat healthy and not skip meals. My preferred snack is frozen fruit and berries. Specifically frozen grapes, so easy but so yummy.

My workout routine starts by running outside for 15 min, with some good music in my ears. Then I usually followCole Things work out videos on YouTube. Consisting of workouts for my whole body.

Ebba Moberg:

Naomi Campbell, Tyra Banks, Bella Hadid, Ashley Graham and Winnie Harlow. They represent diversity.

Five tips to prepare for a photo shoot.

Ebba Moberg:

A must before I go to a photo shoot is having a good night sleep and start the day with a good breakfast. Check out the location and make sure to arrive in good time. And as always make sure you have some fruits in your bag.
