Ms. Felicia Stancil:

Sports has been a huge part of my entire life. When I was young I was doing so much that at one moment I was doing around 5 sports at one time. I’ve competed in Volleyball, Basketball, Track, Floor, Hockey, softball, and BMX. I loved all of these sports, but my true passion was for BMX. When I was 16 I decided to quit all of the other sports and put all my effort into BMX.

From racing BMX for so many years, it somewhat is natural. I would be terrified to some other sports, but I feel challenged in a comfortable way with BMX.

Ms. Felicia Stancil:

BMX racing is a sprinting sport, so I do go to the gym. I also do flat sprints on a road and spend a lot of hours on the BMX track practicing.

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Ms. Felicia Stancil:

I try to eat as healthy as I can, but I will always enjoy desert. Nothing super strict. Main goal is to get the days worth of nutrients without under-eating or over-eating.
