Women Fitness Catches Up With Two Of Forbes Top Fitness Influencers

Forbes, a global media company, recently published their list of top ten fitness influencers on social media. Those who lift, lunge, look good in Lycra and are making a fortune showing their fans effective workout regimens and healthy lifestyles. Women Fitness has recently covered two of them on the website uncovering their journey to become a positive role model. Diet and exercise were also an aspect covered. We bring you extracts of their interview.

They are none other than, POP Pilates Creator Cassey Ho & Natalie Jill  A fitness trainer, A Licensed Sports Nutritionist and A motivational mentor.

“I put up a workout video (my first one ever) for my 30 students at the gym and then more than 30 people ended up watching the video!” says Cassey. She is the creator of Blogilates, the #1 female fitness channel on YouTube with over 300 million video views and 3 million subscribers. As a certified group fitness instructor and Pilates mat and Reformer teacher (ACE, NESTA, Balanced Body), Cassey has been motivating people to move for nearly a decade. Talking on her daily exercise regime Cassey says “Because I’m so busy, the quicker the workout, the better. I incorporate a lot of PIIT28 workouts into my routine because I can do them at home or at the Blogilates HQ. I don’t need any equipment. Ever since starting PIIT, my body has become the strongest and fastest it’s ever been!”  Catching up on diet she claims “I don’t follow any specific diet or plan, but what I do is eat healthy, whole foods. I stick with natural foods like fruits, veggies, whole grains, and healthy fats. They make me feel good, and give me energy throughout the day. But don’t get me wrong, I still indulge in my favourite YOLO (cheat meal) once or twice a week! It’s all about balance and eating foods to fuel your day and lifestyle.”

Natalie Jill’s motto in life is “Excuses or Solutions YOU decide”.  Similar are the words shared by Natalie Jill to WF president, Namita Nayyar “My workouts are short, intense and sweaty! I get in there and I WORK. Head phones on, hat covering my eyes- intense. I move quickly and do a bunch of intervals. I love jump roping between sets, sprints, box jumps, anything to keep my heart rate up! Other than two dedicated “leg days” I usually work all upper body together circuiting it and putting some cardio intervals in between sets.” Natalie prefers to  eat a natural, unprocessed food diet. “Basically I look for foods in its most natural state and I make sure I eat a LOT of fruits and vegetables. Although I do not eat vegetarian, I do eat heavily plant based. I DO avoid gluten (which is the protein found in wheat rye and barley) not only because I am a celiac, but because when eating unprocessed natural foods, those are naturally gluten free anyway.” she adds Natalie is a big source of inspiration especially for women in their middle age for she believes that, “you can progress and continue working to be your best you at any age. At 42, I refuse to be a victim of age or disease. I do feel I have a knack for explaining things to people simply and that puts me in a place of this being my calling to share what I have learned and practiced with others.”

Being recognized by Forbes is a tremendous achievement and Women Fitness Team congratulates both achievers for their contribution in the field of health & fitness.

We would like to share their opinion on Women Fitness website. Cassey Ho during her interaction with Women Fitness President, Namita Nayyar, shared her opinion on the website “I think womenfitness.net is an incredible resource for women to go to for real and honest health and fitness advice. There are so many scams and fads around the internet. There’s also a lot of mixed information, so women get confused about what’s healthy and what’s unrealistic But, Women Fitness is an accountable and resourceful place to go to for inspirational advice.”  “I think it is fabulous! Not only is it easy to navigate and full of great information, but it is a comfortable non threatening site to visit. Information overload can be a real challenge for women wanting to transform their lives. Your site gives great information that is easy to navigate through.” this is what Natalie Jill has to say to Namita, for Women Fitness effort.

Keep it Up! Be Proud of Yourself.
