She has recently put out her own calendar with stunning modeling photos. Georgia Harrison is a fitness lover and loves to try out healthy recipes.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You first appeared on TV in season 13 of TOWIE and then on the third series of Love Island. This has propelled your acting career to the height where you have been at the top of the world of being a television actress. Walk us through your incredible journey and tell us how it all began?

Ms. Georgia Harrison:

Yes many people will remember my media career started on The only way is Essex when I was just 19 years old. I was approached directly to be on TOWIE by production due to my strong connections with the cast at the time. They actually rang me and left me a voicemail enquiring whether I would come to Ibiza to film with them for the week! I thought it might have been my friends pranking me at first! I ended up flying out there on my own under the condition I didn’t tell anyone where I was going or what I was doing. It was very daunting at such a young age but sure enough it all worked out and I made friends for life and without a doubt it paved the way to my success. I’m very grateful to everyone working on Towie who helped me get to this point.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You are a world leading media personality, model, actress, reality TV star and Style Icon. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Ms. Georgia Harrison:

It’s not as easy as It may appear! It takes a lot of hard work and determination. With so many exciting opportunities and events on the table it can be really easy to let your routine go. I couldn’t do it without the support of my family and my agency. My agency keeps me organised and my family keep me on the straight and narrow. I find exercising plays a huge part in keeping me motivated as it helps to clear my mind, de – stress and keep me looking in good shape for modelling.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Introduce us to a day in your life.

Ms. Georgia Harrison:

I’m also working as an EA to the CEO of one of the fasting growing companies in the UK. Working in multiple industries can we over whelming at times but I’ve never been one to shy away from hard work! I usually wake up at 6:30am, have a coffee and a healthy breakfast (usually fruit and yoghurt). I get to work for 8:30 and If I haven’t got a bikram yoga class on in the morning I will always go to the gym on my lunch break. After this I have a healthy lunch (usually a salad). I finish work at around 6pm and this is when I concentrate on my media career. Most nights I will either have promotional posts to shoot for my Instagram or an event or PA to attend. I have hair dressers and makeup artists who come to the office for me and help me get ready in a meeting room whilst I finish up work on my laptop! I’m so grateful for this as it wouldn’t be possible without them!

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Ms. Georgia Harrison:

So I’m a member at 2 gyms and one Bikram yoga studio (Billie Mucklows one in Loughton). My workout regime is mainly weight training however I make sure to throw in a some cardio such as swimming or running and I am obsessed with Bikram so I make sure to attend one or two classes a week. It’s so good for flexibility, calming of the mind and of course weight loss.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Ms. Georgia Harrison:

I try my best to avoid certain carbs such as white bread and pasta. My only carb intake (on a good day) would be a healthier option such as sweet potatoes or Quinoa. Me and my best friend Fran Parmen are always cooking healthy recipes together. We’ve been thinking of starting a YouTube channel to show others how to cook clean as it’s really helped Fran along her fitness journey. She’s lost 3 stone!

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what haircare do you follow to make them look so stunning?

Ms. Georgia Harrison:

I take Hairburst tablets every day and basic vitamins like fish oil, vitamin B, and iron tablets. I try not to apply heat to my hair wear or makeup unless I have a big event or PA to give it a rest.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Tell us about your experience working on the Love Island show?

Ms. Georgia Harrison:

It was without a doubt the best experience of my life. To have no phones or contact with the outside world and no concept of time was so surreal. The only thing there was to worry about was when is lunch haha! I managed to keep in shape in the Villa making sure to train at least once a day. I think this helped enhance my experience as some of the islanders were beginning to get frustrated due to letting their usual exercise routines slip.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You have recently launched a super-hot calendar, where you have flaunted your incredible figure. Tell us more about this endeavor of yours.

Ms. Georgia Harrison:

This is one of my biggest achievements of 2017. It was the first time I had ever done an underwear shoot. I was so nervous at first but the team was amazing and they helped me so much with what poses to do. By the end of it, I felt like an expert! I had to wake up at 5 am to get a train from Liverpool to the shoot then we worked non-stop all day but it was all worth it and I feel like an expert now haha! In fact, all of my calendars have already sold out and need to be re-stocked so it couldn’t have gone any better really.


Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Who has been your greatest inspiration and motivator in your success in the field of your career?

Ms. Georgia Harrison:

In terms of reality TV and people who’s careers inspire me I think Lucy Meck is amazing. She has always came across very kind and with such decorum whilst managing to stay entertaining. She’s always in amazing shape and has a booming career based around fitness. That’s the sort of route I would love to go down. In terms of the people around me who have motivated me. Fran Parmen and Montana are always encouraging me to stay healthy and go to the gym. Sometimes it becomes a bit of a competition with us … it’s great haha!

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding actresses, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of acting?

Ms. Georgia Harrison:

It’s important when trying to get into reality TV to always be yourself and stay grounded! It’s so easy for people to get carried away and become a bit of a Diva but people love you for who you are so it’s imperative not to let success change that. The best way to go about starting anything in life in my opinion is to be clear in your mind exactly what you want. Buy a notebook and titles 5 pages Health, Career, Relationships, Money, Material Objects. Write under each title 5 things you want this year in each category then you can tick them off one by one as you achieve each goal.

With an audience of over 805k followers on your Instagram account @georgialouiseharrison you’re a social media sensation and an internet leading star. How does it feel that you are able to influence the healthy lifestyle of so many individuals?

When I think about the influential value of my Instagram it is astounding It’s like gathering 805 thousand people into a stadium and projecting a photo on the wall! I’m so grateful for all of my followers and it feels amazing. I really hope that people are inspired by my healthy lifestyle as it is such a big part of my success.
