Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Tell us about your book "The Jennifer Nicole Lee Fitness Model Diet: JNL's Super Fitness Model Secrets to a Sexy, Strong, Sleek Physique" and who are the targeted audience who shall benefit the most on reading it?

Ms. Jennifer Nicole Lee:

Actually that is one of my favourite book, it's a book that I created because I got a lot had a e-mails and questions saying Jennifer how can I get that the model diet body. I could I look like my body just jumped out of magazine. The book itself is really a compilation of eating, sleeping, rest, relaxation, exercise and nutrition and also motivational food if you, to keep you well spirited to be inspired to, to continue on your journey, on your fitness journey.

I have great information for again for my "JNL Fusion" workout, for great nutritional guidance from my fun food foodie. Philosophy towards eating also beauty tips such as that you know nothing can outsmart mother nature�s rest. Nothing like a good night rest and get good old-fashioned beauty sleep. And of course you don't have spent a fortune at the designer department stores getting your beauty products you can get great beauty product which he does not use them. I think we get so busy we don't apply our moisturizer. We don't do a deep hair conditioner, we don't have a hot bath and Epsom salts, we don't take time to meditate and relax. Everyone will benefit reading and not only do they want to be a model, but I think there's a little bit of that glamorous fit woman inside all of us.
