Ms. Namita Nayyar: In 2008, you became the Red Carpet Reporter for ITV2’s film review show ITV at the Movies alongside David Bass and James King. This propelled your career to the height where you have been at the top of the world of fashion, modeling and acting, appearing on second series of Channel 4’s Celebrity Coach Trip, winning the Celebrity Four Weddings, hosting WAGS World on the Wedding TV and so much more. Tell us about this incredible journey and how it all began?

Ms. Lizzie Cundy: I had been an actress and a stunt girl in James Bond films Tomorrow Never Dies and the World Is Not Enough. I really loved it .. I married and had my boys at a very young age but I’ve always wanted to get back into filming. ITV flagship morning show ‘This Morning’ invited me in on to talk about the World Cup, then after they asked me to do a series called ‘A Day with a Designer’ where I went around interviewing up and coming designers .

ITV said I was a natural at presenting and from there I was put forward for ITV ‘At The Movies’. This was a dream come true as I jetted off to LA, New York interviewing some of the biggest stars and directors. I then presented 2 series with Sky’s wedding TV where I would go and interview all the footballers wives and I also filmed make over shows with Sky which both got commissioned.

In addition to working with OK! Magazine, I was asked by OK! TV to be their main red carpet reporter with my own column so it just started to snow ball from there and I’ve not stopped since ..

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are considered the “Queen of the Red Carpet” presenting for ITV at the Movies. Tell us about your experience of working on the show, which has been a catalyst in achieving success in your career? Also, tell us about the shooting and behind the scenes fun that you’ve had?

Ms. Lizzie Cundy: ITV at the Movies was fabulous as I’m a huge movie fan and I was able to attend every blockbuster premiere and visit exotic locations to interview the stars of the movies from George Clooney to Tom Cruise!! It really was a dream job. Probably one of the most memorable experiences was being flown to Santa Monica first class to interview Julie Andrews who realized she knew my mother!! We all went out to eat that night in LA and had the best time. This show was fabulous as we had a great team and the stars trusted us and became our friends ..we had a blast !

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are world leading media personality, television presenter, radio presenter, showbiz, fashion & beauty advisor, columnist and model. How you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Ms. Lizzie Cundy: I’m interested in everything.. Even politics !! .. I always put my heart and soul into everything I do. I love being live on TV and that’s why I adore doing my radio show as you never know what’s going to happen. I love the excitement and it makes you think on your feet! I always do my homework on anyone I have to interview but I’m naturally interested in people and what makes them tick. When interviewing I know I need to get something quite juicy from whoever I’m interviewing so I have my own technique. I ask the killer question but with a velvet glove!! Of course I’m interested in beauty as I started off as a model and have known from a very young age to try and look your best and I love the world of beauty.. it’s essential to always be red carpet ready!!

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?

Ms. Lizzie Cundy: I need to go to the gym more than ever!! As we get older you notice changes but I’m lucky as I’ve always tried to keep fit and not let myself go. I try to do at least half an hour /40 minutes each morning, light weights, sit ups and squats.. I always go first thing in the morning and this definitely gives me energy for my busy day ahead!

Ms. Lizzie Cundy: I follow a gluten free diet, lots of protein and not too many carbs! I love snacking though and always carry almonds in my handbag with me if I feel my energy drop. But I do love a cold glass of white wine with ice!! It’s always good to have warm water with lemon juice to start you off in the morning, I love yogurts, plenty of fruit and veg. I try not eat too many acidic foods but I do love a biscuit with my cuppa!!

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what do you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?

Ms. Lizzie CundyI love the skin products from Harley Street Skin they do a fabulous miracle mask that makes tired skin glow!! If you have long hair like me it’s important to condition properly and I regularly get trims at Inanch London to keep my hair looking healthy!

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You also present the lifestyle show on Sky called London Style. Tell us more about this endeavor of yours?

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have been associated actively with many charities, that are dear to your heart, tell us how have you been able to achieve and quench your thirst of giving back to the society through this endeavor of yours?

Ms. Lizzie Cundy: I love doing charity work and it’s a big part of my life.. Even when I go to Barbados at Christmas with my family I’m helping to organise the Simon Cowell dog charity event there!
