Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up with Nina Gibizova an exceptionally talented Nutritionist, Fitness enthusiast and a Fitness Expert; here she talks about her fitness routine, her diet, and her success story.
Namita Nayyar:
Can you walk us through the key components of your current fitness regime? How has it evolved over your career?
Nina Gibizova:
My current fitness regime is a well-balanced mix of strength training, boxing, mobility work, and occasional cardio. I train 4–5 times a week, focusing on progressive overload, proper form, and recovery. Over time, my approach has shifted from training for aesthetics to training for longevity, energy, and a deeper mind-body connection.
Namita Nayyar:
What does a typical workout week look like for you, and how do you balance strength training, cardio, and flexibility work?
Nina Gibizova:
My week includes 3 strength workouts (lower body, upper body, full body), 1 boxing session for power and endurance, 1–2 stretching or mobility practices, and sometimes dance or light cardio. I adapt the intensity based on how I feel physically and emotionally.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you have a favorite exercise or workout that never fails to challenge you?
Nina Gibizova:
I love 3D movement practices and functional pattern exercises — they improve coordination and body awareness. I also enjoy glut bridges, single-leg deadlifts, and Romanian deadlifts — these always give me a great challenge and result.
Namita Nayyar:
How do you stay motivated on days when you’re not feeling energized or inspired to exercise?
Nina Gibizova:
I remind myself that movement is self-care. Even a light stretch or walk counts. I focus on how I want to feel afterward — stronger, more alive.
Namita Nayyar:
Many struggle with consistency—what strategies do you recommend for adapting workouts during busy or stressful periods?
Nina Gibizova:
Prioritize short, efficient sessions — 20 minutes is better than nothing. Have a go-to “minimal” workout. And schedule training like any important meeting.
Namita Nayyar:
As both a nutritionist and fitness coach, how do you approach balancing your own dietary needs with indulgence or cravings?
Nina Gibizova:
I follow the 80/20 rule — 80% nutritious foods, 20% pleasure. I honor cravings mindfully and avoid guilt. Emotional balance matters too.
Namita Nayyar:
What are your top three meal-prepping tips for someone juggling a hectic schedule?
Nina Gibizova:
- Cook in batches (like quinoa, chicken, roasted veggies).
- Use simple seasoning — lemon, herbs, olive oil.
- Prep grab-and-go snacks (nuts, protein balls, hummus).
Namita Nayyar:
Could you share a go-to meal or snack that fuels your busy days and aligns with your nutritional values?
Nina Gibizova:
My favorite snack is a simple protein shake. I especially love hemp protein — it’s clean, plant-based, and easily digestible. Honestly, I thrive on structure, so I always have food prepped in advance to stay consistent.
Namita Nayyar:
How do you advise clients to enjoy treats mindfully without derailing their health goals?
Nina Gibizova:
I encourage mindful eating — savor the treat slowly, without multitasking. One piece of dark chocolate enjoyed consciously is better than a whole bar eaten with guilt.

Namita Nayyar:
Are there supplements or super foods you consider non-negotiable in your diet?
Nina Gibizova:
Magnesium, omega-3, electrolytes, fiber, B vitamins (when needed), and lecithin are my staples. I adjust them depending on my body’s signals and workload.
Namita Nayyar:
As a published model, your hair always looks impeccable. What’s your daily hair care routine, and how does it change post-workout?
Nina Gibizova:
I love caring for my hair. I use sulfate-free shampoo, a nourishing mask twice a week, and leave-in conditioner. I also regularly do professional scalp peels and use massage tools to stimulate lymphatic flow and release tension in the Apo neurosis — it really supports hair growth and recovery after intense training.
Namita Nayyar:
How do you protect your hair from damage caused by frequent workouts, styling, or environmental factors?
Nina Gibizova:
I protect my hair by using thermal protection sprays, tying it loosely during workouts, and avoiding heat styling when possible. I also regularly rinse my scalp or use dry shampoo after training, and incorporate nourishing oils to lock in moisture.
Namita Nayyar:
Are there specific products or ingredients you swear by for maintaining healthy, vibrant hair?
Nina Gibizova:
I love products with keratin, biotin, and natural oils like argan and jojoba. I also use leave-in conditioners and scalp tonics that stimulate circulation and keep my hair strong and shiny.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you incorporate any DIY or natural remedies into your hair care regimen?
Nina Gibizova:
Yes! I occasionally make masks with avocado, olive oil, and egg yolk. I also do scalp massage with warm oil — it’s both relaxing and effective for stimulating growth.
Namita Nayyar:
What does your daily skincare routine involve, and how does it adapt after sweating during a workout?
Nina Gibizova:
My routine is simple: gentle cleanser, toner, serum with hyaluronic acid, moisturizer, and SPF. After workouts, I cleanse my face immediately and apply a calming mist or hydrating gel.
Namita Nayyar:
How do you protect your skin from the effects of exercise, makeup, and environmental stressors?
Nina Gibizova:
Since I work both online and offline with clients, I wear light makeup throughout the day — it’s important for me to look fresh, smell pleasant, and inspire others with my presence. I avoid heavy foundations during workouts, always double-cleanse, and regularly use antioxidant serums with vitamin C.
At the start and end of the day, I use hydrating masks, facial tapes to support skin structure, and LED masks with green light to soothe the skin. My routine also includes serums and emulsions.
Namita Nayyar:
What are your favorite skincare products or ingredients for maintaining a glowing complexion?
Nina Gibizova:
I love niacin amide, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C. They keep my skin radiant and healthy. I also do a gentle peeling once a month to renew the skin without overloading it.
Namita Nayyar:
Are there any skincare habits you prioritize, no matter how busy life gets?
Nina Gibizova:
Cleansing and SPF — always. Even on the busiest days, I make time to wash my face, moisturize, and apply sun protection.
Namita Nayyar:
How do you manage the demands of motherhood while maintaining your career in fitness, modeling, and coaching?
Nina Gibizova:
I used to try doing everything myself — and felt exhausted. I have that “perfectionist” tendency, but I’ve learned to work through it. Now, I accept that each season of life has its priority. At the moment, my focus is on my children and work. I delegate where possible — I have a helper and a nanny who assist with cooking and menu planning. I try to turn cleaning into a game with my kids so we can bond while doing it together.
Namita Nayyar:
What time-management strategies do you use to ensure you’re present for your family while pursuing your passions?
Nina Gibizova:
I live by my schedule. I divide all goals into categories, and then break them down by month and week. I use reminders and start each morning by asking myself what I want to learn or achieve today — then I align my day accordingly.
Self-programming and affirmations help me manage my restless mind and stay grounded in love and clarity. They allow me to act not in stress, but in ease and jo
Namita Nayyar:
What self-care advice would you give to other mothers struggling to prioritize their well-being?
Nina Gibizova:
Start small. A 10-minute walk or mindful breathing can change everything. But most importantly — act from love, not from anger or guilt. Don’t punish yourself into self-care. Move your body and nourish yourself because you already love who you are — not because you’re trying to “fix” yourself. That’s when wellness becomes sustainable and joyful.
Namita Nayyar:
How do you integrate fitness and healthy eating into family life to set a positive example for your child?
Nina Gibizova:
We move together — we take walks, stretch, or do MFR (myofascial release) at home. I have simple fitness tools, and my kids love joining in. My son inspired me to try boxing — I enrolled to support him, and now we both attend sessions in different groups. I sometimes bring my daughter to dance classes — and plan to enroll her soon too.
Namita Nayyar:
Has motherhood shifted your perspective on health, beauty, or work-life balance? If so, how?
Nina Gibizova:
Yes, motherhood grounded me. I’ve realized that real beauty comes from vitality and self-love, not perfection. Health is now about energy, joy, and being present — not just looking fit.
Namita Nayyar:
Share with us with regard your career as a Fitness Coach any specific anecdotes or client success stories.
Nina Gibizova:
I’ve been teaching for over 10 years, and many of my clients have found their true calling in fitness. Three of them even became certified coaches, and I’m incredibly proud of them. We’ve built a strong community — currently around 100 women — including mothers, daughters, and even grandmothers training together.
Many of them stay with me for years because of the technique, results, and deep trust. Some even found close friendships during classes. In several cases, women restored their hormonal balance and were able to conceive naturally — which was a powerful moment of joy for all of us.
