Kylie Hutson- (USA): Kylie Nicole Hutson was born on Nov. 27, 1987, in Terre Haute, Ind., the daughter of Kevin and Susan Hutson ... majoring in Exercise Science ... interests include pole vault, kayaking, friends, hiking and anything outdoors , her brother (Max) played baseball at Wichita State and is now an assistant coach for the Indiana State baseball team. Her best performance in pole vault at Outdoor was 4.65 meters at Eugene, ORon 26 JUN 2011, her indoor Pole Vault best has been 4.52 meters at Albuquerque, NM on 25th February

2012. In 13th IAAF World Championships in Athletics her rank was 7q1 performance of 4.50 meters at Daegu on 28th August 2011.She is ranked 15th with qualification of 4.50 meters.

Sectional champion in four events and regional champion in two events as a senior at Terre Haute North Vigo High School, state qualifier as senior, finishing fourth in pole vault and ninth in the long jump, two-time McMillan Award winner for best athlete in Vigo County, state qualifier in long jump as junior, four-event state qualifier as sophomore, lettered four years in track, four years in volleyball and four years in diving, named all-state in diving in 2006,all-MIC in volleyball three years, diving four years and track two years. Set school records for long jump (18�-3.25�), pole vault (11�-9�), in diving set records for 10 dives and six dives, in volleyball, most kills in season, match and career, and most digs in season, match and career.

Named to Final Ten for Women's The Bowerman Award by the USTFCCA, named to CoSIDA/ESPN the Magazine Academic All-American first team, NCAA Outdoor Champion in pole vault for second straight year, set NCAA Championship meet record with winning vault of 14�-7.25� (4.45 meters), named All-American in outdoor pole vault for second straight year, placed eighth (second collegian) at USA Track & Field Outdoor National Championship, set Indiana State and Missouri Valley Conference all-time record of 14�-9.5� (4.51 meters) at Billy Hayes Invitational (third best in NCAA history, fifth best in world, and best in the nation) before injuring hand attempting NCAA record 15�-1.5� , missed MVC Outdoor Championship due to injury, tied for first at East Preliminary Round with one vault, clearing 13�-1.5� to advance to NCAA Outdoor Finals, finished third in Invitational Pole Vault at Drake Relays against two current Olympians, won five pole vault titles during regular season, named to CoSIDA/ESPN the Magazine All-Academic District V First Team, named to MVC Track & Field Scholar-Athlete team, received Indiana State�s Hillman Award.

2009 � NCAA Outdoor Champion in pole vault,named All-American in outdoor pole vault,set all-time Indiana State and Missouri Valley Conference record with vault of 14�-5.25� (4.40 meters) to win NCAA Outdoor Championship, placed second in pole vault at Mideast Regional at 13�-9.75�, won third straight Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor title with vault of 13�-11.25�,named All-Missouri Valley Conference for third straight year, named co-Most Outstanding Women�s Field Athlete at 2009 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Championships, named to 2009 Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete team.

2008 � Tied for 13th at 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials with vault of 13�-5.25� , had vault of 13�-1.5� in finals at NCAA Outdoor Championships to finish in a tie for ninth, won Mideast Regional title in pole vault with a vault of 13�-11.75� , set new school and Missouri Valley Conference record with vault of 14�-1.25� in repeating as champion at the MVC Outdoor Championships.

2007 � Had vault of 12�-9.5� in prelims at NCAA Outdoor Championships to finish 14th overall, earned All-MVC honors by winning pole vault (12�-5.5�) at MVC Outdoor Championships, placed eighth at Drake Relays, won pole vault at Missouri Relays (12�-9.5�) which provisionally qualified her for Mideast Regional.

NCAA Indoor Champion in pole vault, named All-American in indoor pole vault for third straight year, named Great Lakes Region Women Field Athlete of the Year, set all-time Indiana State record with vault of 14�-9� (4.50 meters) in winning her second straight NCAA Indoor championship, named Most Outstanding Women�s Field Athlete at Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships for second straight year, became first athlete to win fourth straight championship in the pole vault with a victory at 2010 MVC Indoor Championships, set MVC Championship and all-time Missouri Valley Conference record with jump of 14�-8.25� (4.48 meters), led nation in pole vault,won all eight pole vault competitions during indoor season, named All-Missouri Valley Conference for fourth straight year.
